L-氨基酸氧化酶（LAAO）是一种黄素酶，催化 L-氨基酸氧化脱氨生成相应的 α-酮酸、氨和过氧化氢。它存在于蛇毒中，也存在于某些细菌和真菌中。东部菱背响尾蛇毒来源的该酶常用于研究应用。

L-Amino acid oxidase (LAAO) is a flavoenzyme that catalyzes the oxidative deamination of L-amino acids to the corresponding α-keto acids, ammonia, and hydrogen peroxide. It is found in snake venoms, as well as in some bacteria and fungi. The enzyme from Crotalus adamanteus venom is commonly used in research applications.
